WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Firefighters from Bradley International Airport and the Air National Guard were dispatched to the runway areas Tuesday afternoon upon a report that an inbound C-130 aircraft has declared an in-flight emergency.

A Twitter post from the Connecticut State Firefighters Local S-15, made public at 1:59 p.m., indicated an engine was out on the plane.
