City Of Windsor Locks: Eversource – Stray Voltage Inspections In Windsor Locks

Eversource, through its contractor Osmose, will begin conducting Stray Voltage inspections in cities and towns tentatively beginning September 20 through the 21st. 

These inspections will involve a slow moving van traveling through neighborhoods and residential areas at night and working to detect areas of voltage in streetlight poles, manholes covers, street signs and other objects that could be a danger to the public.  We want to make municipalities aware so that there is no unnecessary cause for concern and ask that you forward this to your law enforcement agency as well.
