Click It Or Ticket Campaign Begins In South Windsor
Police will be looking out for seat belt compliance during the holiday week.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - The South Windsor Police Department and the Metro Traffic Services Regional Partnership will be participating in Connecticut’s Fall Click It Or Ticket high visibility safety belt campaign.
With the Thanksgiving Weekend upon us, Connecticut’s law enforcement agencies intend to promote safe driving and increase the protection of all motorists. Law enforcement officials are out on Connecticut’s roads enforcing the State Occupant Protection laws and issuing citations to those who are unbuckled. All this week, officers will be conducting safety checkpoints. Funding for this effort has been provided through the Connecticut Department of Transportation.

Metro Traffic Services is a regional partnership for traffic safety which includes South Windsor, Manchester, Coventry, Enfield, East Windsor, Vernon, Glastonbury, and Windsor Locks.
