Rocco Sanzo, managing broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's South Windsor office, was recently recognized for his exemplary leadership by NRT LLC. NRT is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Under Sanzo's leadership, the South Windsor office (which serves most towns in the north eastern part of Connecticut) ranked first for units sold among NRT offices with fewer than 35 sales associates. The office was ranked ninth for gross commission among NRT offices with fewer than 35 sales associates.
Sanzo was also the recipient of the prestigious President's Council award. The President's Council award is an annual honor given by NRT to recognize the approximately top 20 percent of branch managers of 710 offices nationwide who demonstrated exemplary leadership and management skills in 2012.
