Dead Man Found In Vehicle On Highway Off-Ramp In Windsor Locks
The body of a man was found in a vehicle on the I-91 Exit 42 off-ramp Sunday evening, according to state police.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A man who has sustained apparent gunshot wounds was found dead in a vehicle on the Interstate 91 north Exit 42 off-ramp Sunday evening, according to state police.
Around 7:35 p.m., Troop H in Hartford received a report of an unresponsive man on the off-ramp, just south of the Dexter Coffin Bridge in Windsor Locks. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and the Central District Major Crime Unit was requested, state police said.
The ramp was closed for more than six hours as the investigation unfolded, but was re-opened as of 3:50 a.m., state police said.
