21-Year-Old Man Killed In Windsor Locks Rollover Crash, Police Say

Police say the pickup rolled several times on Main Street, ejecting the driver.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Police have identified the driver killed in a deadly rollover crash late Tuesday night on Main Street.

According to the Windsor Locks Police Department, officers responded around 10:57 p.m. after multiple 911 callers reported a rollover motor vehicle accident with an ejection in the area of 255 Main St.

Responding officers located a red Dodge 2500 pickup truck on its roof in the grass in front of the address. Police said the lone occupant of the vehicle was found several yards away.

Officers, firefighters and EMS personnel attempted lifesaving measures, but the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police identified the victim as Christian Jamrog, 21, of Suffield.

Preliminary investigation indicates the vehicle was traveling southbound on Main Street when it left the roadway on the west side of the road just south of Suffield Street. Authorities said the vehicle then returned to the roadway and rolled several times, ejecting the driver.

A representative from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner responded to the scene and took custody of the deceased.

The scene was processed, the vehicle was impounded and Windsor Locks police detectives are continuing the investigation.
