East Windsor PD Command Staff Complete Advanced FBI Program
Police officials said the achievement reinforces their focus on serving the community at the highest level.
EAST WINDSOR, CT — The East Windsor Police Department has been awarded the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award, a national recognition highlighting advanced leadership training within the agency’s command staff.
According to a department announcement, the award reflects the completion of three intensive leadership programs through FBI-LEEDA: the Executive Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute and Supervisor Leadership Institute.

The Trilogy Award is presented to agencies whose leadership teams complete all three levels of the FBI-LEEDA curriculum. The programs focus on executive management, supervisory development, accountability and modern policing strategies.

In a statement, the department said the recognition represents a “shared dedication to advanced training, accountability, and serving our community at the highest standard.”
FBI-LEEDA, which stands for the Federal Bureau of Investigation Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, provides leadership training to law enforcement agencies nationwide.
