East Windsor Boy Reported Missing
A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 16-year-old.
EAST WINDSOR, CT - Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teen. Zachary Rutovich, 16, was reported missing Wednesday. He is 5'7", 184 lbs., and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt with white stripes, black pants, and white shoes.
