A budget referendum will be held on May 14, 2013 between the hours of 6:00AM and 8:00PM. Copies of the FY 2013-2014 proposed budget are available in the Town Clerk’s Office and on the Town of East Windsor website www.eastwindsorct.com. The polling places will be open during the hours of 6:00AM and 8:00PM. District 1 is at the Town Hall Annex, 25 School St., East Windsor. District 2 is at the Town Hall, 11 Rye St., Broad Brook. Taxpayers who are not voters will vote at District 2 only. Absentee ballots for those who qualify will be available from 5/6/13 to 5/13/13 in the Town Clerk’s Office. No absentee ballots will be issued on the day of the Referendum. All ballots must be returned to the Town Clerk’s Office by the close of the polls on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. The Town Clerk’s Office hours are Monday – Wednesday 8:30AM – 4:30PM; Thursday 8:30AM – 7:00PM; Friday 8:30AM – 1:00PM. If you have any questions, call the Town Clerk’s office at (860) 292-8255.
