East Windsor Gets Votes in Girls Basketball Poll
An upset in the NCCC tournament championship game gave the Panthers their first league title.

EAST WINDSOR, CT — An improbable upset victory over two-time defending Class S champion Canton is likely why East Windsor received some voter support in the weekly girls basketball poll of coaches and media members.
The Panthers (18-5 overall) had a 15-5 regular season record, which has them seeded fourth in the Class S tournament.
New London (23-0) received all 13 first-place votes.
