EAST WINDSOR, CT - State police are investigating an early Saturday morning accident that hospitalized two people, The Journal-Inquirer reported. The crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. near the exit 44 off-ramp.
Dashawn M. McDaniel, 24, of Springfield, was driving on I-91 south when his vehicle was struck head-on by Richard Mingione, of Branford, who was traveling in the wrong direction, police said. McDaniel and a passenger in the other vehicle were injured in the crash.
