East Windsor Man Charged in Connection with 2016 Crash
Four people were hospitalized due to the crash in Sept. 2016.

EAST WINDSOR, CT — More than five months after a crash on Route 5 that sent four people to the hospital, a local man has been arrested on a warrant in connection with the incident.
Julio Rodriguez, 48, of 149 Wells Rd., East Windsor, was charged late Thursday night with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, operating under the influence, drinking while operating a motor vehicle, operating under suspension, improper use of registration plate, insufficient insurance and failure to have lights lit.
He was held on $50,000 bond, and was slated to be arraigned Friday in Enfield Superior Court.
