East Windsor Residents Invited To Scam Prevention Event
The community event will cover how to spot scams and avoid becoming a victim of fraud.
EAST WINDSOR, CT — The East Windsor Police Department is inviting residents to a free fraud prevention presentation later this month aimed at helping people spot scams and protect themselves.
The event is scheduled for April 29, 2026, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Annex, 25 School St., according to a social media post from the department.
Police said the presentation will focus on recognizing scam tactics and helping residents protect themselves and their loved ones. The event is open to the community.

In its announcement, the department said scammers are becoming more sophisticated and urged residents to take advantage of the chance to learn how to stay ahead of fraud.
