East Windsor Store Sells Big Lottery Winner To Windsor Locks Resident

WINDSOR LOCKS-EAST WINDSOR, CT — A $20 investment in a CT Lottery scratch ticket at an East Windsor convenience store recently provided a payout of $25,000 to a Windsor Locks man.

Donald Emch Jr. cashed in on a $250,000 Cashword 9 ticket he purchased at the Cumberland Farms store at 9 South Main Street. He claimed his winnings Tuesday, according to the CT Lottery website.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
