East Windsor Veterans Day 5K Road Race Set for Saturday

The 16th annual East Windsor Veterans Day 5K Road Race takes place Saturday, Nov. 7 at 10 a.m., regardless of weather.

This is a seed race for the Thanksgiving Day Manchester Road Race.

Number pickup and late registration begins at 8 a.m. A Veterans Day memorial service will be observed at 9:30 a.m., and the race begins at 10 o’clock. Awards and refreshments follow at Town Hall.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall males and females, the top three male and female veterans, and the top three male and female finishers in each age division.

Registration fee is $7 for participants 17 and under, and $17 for those 18 and over.

Walkers are also welcome.
