East Windsor Woman Found to Have Drugs, Brass Knuckles in Vehicle: South Windsor Police
The woman was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in which she gave the officer someone else's license because hers was suspended: police.

An East Windsor woman faces several charges following a motor vehicle stop in South Windsor in which police found drugs in the car after she presented the officer with a license that wasn’t her own.
A South Windsor police officer pulled Kathleen Haynes, 26, over for a vehicle on John Fitch Blvd. around 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Police said Haynes presented the officer with another person’s license in an attempt to hide the fact that her license was suspended.

During a search of the vehicle, officers found a small amount of marijuana, a pair of brass knuckles, and prescription medication that wasn’t prescribed to the occupants.
Haynes, of 27 Phelps Road in East Windsor, was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics, weapons in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less the ½ ounce marijuana, criminal impersonation, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, no Insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and unsafe passing.

Haynes was held on $10,000 surety bond and was scheduled to be presented at Manchester Superior Court on Monday.
