Employee Embezzled $31K from Credit Union: Windsor Locks Police
The employee, who worked as a loan officer, is accused of embezzling the money over the past year, according to police.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT – An employee is accused of embezzling about $31,000 from the Windsor Locks Federal Credit Union over the past year, according to police.
Rebecca Kelsey turned herself in to Windsor Locks Police on Thursday, March 17 and was arrested on a warrant.
Kelsey was charged with first-degree larceny and second-degree forgery.
Police said Kelsey is accused of embezzling money from the WLFCU where she was employed as a loan officer.
She is scheduled to appear in court on March 29.
