Fashion Show to Benefit Area Anti-Hunger Organizations
Proceeds will benefit anti-hunger organizations in Windsor Locks, Suffield, Enfield, East Windsor and South Windsor.

In response to the growing need of local families for food assistance throughout the area, Future for Fashion, Inc. is hosting its third annual “Hunger Takes No Vacation” fashion show to benefit several anti-hunger organizations in north-central Connecticut.
The show will take place Thursday, June 2 at St. Robert’s Hall, 52 South Elm Street, Windsor Locks. Beginning at 5:30 p.m., the night will start with tastings of hors d'oeuvres, beer by Powder Hollow Brewery, and wine by Joe’s Fine Wine & Spirits. The fashion show will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will feature Artistic Hair Salon’s donation of hairstyles and makeup for the models in the show, as well as men’s and women’s fashions provided by Banana Republic and Moxy Boutique. The fashion show will be followed by a dinner and desserts by Tina’s Cake Emporium.
Throughout the event, there will be auctions and raffles with local and international items, such as an African safari for two, golf packages and many other valuable prizes.
