EAST WINDSOR, CT - A one-time RHAM High School teacher in Hebron reached a plea deal with prosecutors on first-degree sexual assault charges, according to the <a href="https://www.journalinquirer.com/crime_and_courts/former-rham-teacher-convicted-of-raping-girl-at-ew-skate/article_61302e2c-1429-11e9-82b9-d7a68d3bcbd7.html" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Journal-Inquirer</a>. Bryan Patrick Moore, 36, of Enfield, was accused of raping a 17-year-old high school student at a park in East Windsor in February 2018. He's likely to receive an eight-year prison sentence and 20 years on probation for the crime.
