Frontier Airlines Announces Bradley Airport Service

The budget airline is returning to Connecticut after leaving in 2011.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - Discount airline Frontier is returning to provide service from Bradley International Airport. Gov. Dannel Malloy announced that Frontier will return in March 28 to provide nonstop service to Denver on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Fares will run as low as $59. The airline previously ran flights from Bradley to Milwaukee up until 2011, as high fuel costs ended the service, the Courant reported.

“We are proud to bring our unique brand of Low Fares Done Right to Hartford,” said Frontier Airlines Vice President of Network and Revenue Josh Flyr in a statement. “Frontier’s new service to Denver will make air travel more accessible and affordable for everyone in the greater Hartford area. We look forward to making it easier for people to fly, and for people to fly more often.”
