Hartford Man Arrested In Windsor Locks Car Break-Ins
Police said they caught the man trying to break into two vehicles.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - A Hartford man was arrested for allegedly breaking into two vehicles then fleeing police at a high rate of speed. Police arrested Christofer Cruz-Morales on two counts of third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny, engaging police in pursuit and reckless driving.

He was held on $50,000 bond.

Cruz-Morales and several accomplices broke into vehicles in several area communities in order to steal personal items, according to police. He was arrested following an intensive investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.
