According to evidence presented at trial, two juvenile victims disclosed to a Department of Children and Families investigator that Celesk sexually assaulted them between 2015 and 2020. A third juvenile victim reported that Celesk was physically abusive during the same time period, prosecutors said. The victims were between 5 and 8 years old at the time of the incidents.
DCF notified the East Windsor Police Department, which launched an investigation. During forensic interviews, the victims reported the abuse occurred while their mother was working and they were alone with the defendant, according to the release.
