Kevin Dillon, Executive Director of the CT Airport Authority

Bradley International, the second largest airport in New England, has a very experienced Executive Director of the CT Airport Authority in the “cockpit”. Kevin Dillon with a 40 year career in the business, running some of the busiest airports in the U.S. provides a current overview of the industry with Susan Regan, Host of CT Valley Views.

The responsibilities of his position range from negotiating contracts with all the major airlines, concierge and concession services, interfacing with the Federal Aviation Authority on a regular basis, monitoring the most up-to-date security measures, and watching the bottom line while in competition with other airports across the country to attract the top airlines and maximize passenger traffic. While Bradley is the largest airport and HQ for his area, Danielson, Groton New London, Hartford/Brainard, Waterbury/Oxford and Windham all come under his watch as well.
