Memorial Day has come and gone, the unofficial start of Summer! Now everyone anxiously awaits the close of school and all the fun that Summer has to offer. What are your plans for the summer?
Rhythms Dance Academy, located in Warehouse Point, has been listening to your concerns of what to do to keep your children busy and active. Some concerns even include the daycare issue of working families. That’s why RDA has developed a great camp program to fit everyone’s needs at a very affordable price…..THEMED SUMMER WEEKLY DANCE CAMPS!
That’s right! Starting July 1, we will begin a series of weekly dance camps in all different themes. Choose from Party in the USA, At the Beach, Everything Disney, Dancing on Broadway, Circus Time, Flash Mob, New York New York, or Dance International! There is a theme that will fit with every interest and personality.
The camps are structured for two age groups, 5-8 and 9-12. They feature all types of dance throughout the week geared towards the theme, as well as creating costumes, a set design and related crafts with a certified art teacher from a local art school! The days are packed full with instruction, exercise and fun! At the end of each week, the students will put on a mini performance at the studio for you to see what they have learned and created. You can choose between half day camps which run 9:00am – 12:30pm and 1:00pm – 4:30pm, or choose the full day camp of 9:00am – 4:30pm, with a Bring Your Own Lunch Break from 12:30-1:00pm. Also, if you enroll two or more children, you will enjoy a sibling discount.
