Man Injured In Crash Files Suit Against East Windsor Company
A man is suing a company for a wreck last year that injured six people.
EAST WINDSOR, CT - Timothy Ring, who was seriously injured in an August 2018 crash, is suing Southern Auto Auction along with the driver and other parties, according to the Journal-Inquirer. Ring was one of six people injured when a driver at the Southern Auto Auction site had an apparent medical episode, lost control of his vehicle, and struck a crowd.
The lawsuit states that Ring suffered over 30 "severely debilitating" injuries, including a traumatic brain injury and several strokes, the Journal-Inquirer reported.
The suit claims that Southern Auto Sales is liable for the crash because the driver was an employee of that company.
