EAST WINDSOR, CT - An Enfield man was arrested Monday for allegedly pulling a gun on another driver during a road rage incident. William Duncan, 25, was arrested for breach of the peace, reckless endangerment and first-degree threatening. <a href="https://patch.com/connecticut/windsorlocks/subscribe">To sign up for free Windsor Locks-East Windsor news alerts and more, click here.</a> According to police, the victim approached an officer to inform him that someone had a pulled a gun during a road rage incident. The driver gave the officer the vehicle's description, and police located the vehicle at the Wendy's parking lot on Prospect Hill Road in East Windsor.
