We provide commercial property loans for the acquisition, refurbishing or refinancing of above average condition Office properties around the country.

We offer stated commercial loan program from $50K – $1.5MM with a credit score as low as a 600. As well we offer an Interest Only Financing for commercial loans from $50K – $350K with a Minimum credit score as low as a 400. We use common sense underwriting, just like we do in all of our programs.

Our Stated and Low documentation loan, and now our Interest Only program can be ideal for a self employed client that does not show much income after taking write offs.  It goes without saying that a full documentation loan will most likely get a better rate, but everyone has a different situation.
