I have suggested that the Town of Windsor Locks should have an UPFRONT REFERENDUM VOTE to determine if the Townspeople are in favor of expanding Gambling and hosting a Casino!!! Perhaps this approach would make too much sense" Because" it would resolve definitively whether the Townspeople want to host a Casino and the Social Ills that will come with it! THE DESTRUCTION OF FAMILIES DUE TO A GAMBLING ADDICTION, THE SUFFERING OF CHILDREN DUE TO GAMBLING AND DRUG ADDICTION, increased drug trafficking, prostitution, burglaries, robberies, larcenies, assaults, increased drunk drivers on our roads that MAME and KILL etc.

i have said many times in the past and continue to say the Town of Windsor Locks is the LAND OF SMOKE AND MIRRORS. However, the smoke is getting thicker, and the Smoke Signals are becoming clearer and clearer.The Airport Authority APPEARS TO WANT TO FORCE THE EXPANSION OF GAMBLING AND A NEW CASINO OF TOWN OF WINDSOR LOCKS.

I have asked the Board of Selectmen, the Police Commission, and Chief Osanitsch to talk about these SIGNIFICANT NEGATIVES AND THE IMPACT ON OUR TOWN???All HAVE REFUSED BECAUSE THIS MIGHT ALARM THE RESIDENTS OF WINDSOR LOCKS AND IT WOULD BE GOING AGAINST THE POLITICAL PLAY BOOK! THE PLAY BOOK IS TO DECIEVE THE TOWSPEOPLE AND TO KEEP THEM IN THE DARK AND NOT TALK ABOUT THESE ISSUES!!!

IF WINDSOR LOCKS IS CHOSEN AS A HOST TOWN,IF WINDSOR LOCKS IS CHOSEN AS A HOST TOWN, IF WINDSOR LOCKS IS CHOSEN AS A HOST TOWN, THE TOWNSPEOPLE OF WINDSOR LOCKS MUST HAVE A VOTE ON ANY FORM OF EXPANDED GAMBLING IN WINDSOR LOCKS EVEN IF MR. DILLON IS SUCCESSFUL IN HIS EFFORTS TO BRING EXPANDED GAMBLING "CASINO OR SLOTS" TO STATE OWNED PROPERTY IT WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE TOWN OF WINDSOR LOCKS!!
