Narcotics Task Force Interrupts Drug Deal in Windsor Locks Restaurant Parking Lot: Police

Task force members arrested an East Windsor man and seized drugs, more than $2,000 in cash.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT – Members of the North Central Narcotics Task Force have charged an East Windsor man with selling narcotics in the parking lot of a Windsor Locks restaurant.

Juan Saez, 34, of 17 Dean Avenue, was observed by task force members to be engaged in what appeared to be a drug deal in the parking lot of The Gathering Ground restaurant, according to police.

Police said that upon investigation, Saez was found to be in possession of 2 grams of cocaine and 1.1 ounces of marijuana.

Saez was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of narcotics.

Police said the narcotics, along with $2,123 in cash, were seized.
