Make this holiday a special one for your child with a phone call from Mrs. Clause and Santa’s Elves! The North Pole Hotline is presented by the Windsor Locks Public Library and the Youth Services Bureau for children ages 3-9. Calls will be placed on Tuesday, December 16th from 5:00 – 8:00pm. An Official North Pole Hotline Registration form can picked up at the Public Library and should be filled and returned by December 12, 2014. Registration forms can be dropped off or mailed to: Windsor Locks Public Library Attn: Children’s Librarian 28 Main Street Windsor Locks, CT 06096.
