Party At Windsor Locks Motel Under Investigation: Report

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A public party at the Travelodge is under investigation by the town for possible violations of liquor control regulations and building codes, The Journal-Inquirer reported. Multiple promoters organized the event at the South Center Street motel.

Police said the promoters of the event, dubbed "The All Black Experience," did not have a valid liquor license and the case has been sent to the State Liquor Control Commission for investigation. The party is also under investigation for violating maximum capacity regulations.
