WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A $30 scratch ticket recently sold at a Windsor Locks convenience store turned into a $10,000 bonanza for a Middletown man.

On Thursday, Matthew Combe cashed in a winning 30X CASH 6TH EDITION ticket he had purchased at the 7-Eleven on Halfway House Rd.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
