Santa Claus to Visit & Behind the Scenes Tour at the New England Air Museum the Day after Thanksgiving

New England Air Museum to hold its annual Santa Visit & Behind the Scenes Tour on Friday, November 27th, 2015, the day after Thanksgiving. Santa will meet and pose for photos with children from 11am-2pm. Santa will also have a gift for each child.

On this day the Museum will also be conducting ‘Behind-the-Scenes” tours which will give visitors the opportunity to take a close-up look at some of the current restoration projects including the P-51D Mustang Racer, the Douglas DC-3 passenger aircraft, the Boeing B-29 Superfortress, a U.S. Navy Blimp Car from WWII, Burnelli CBY-3, F4U Corsair and a vintage engine. The Museum’s Research Library will also be open for tours.

Don’t forget to check out the Museum’s new Flight Sim Spot, an exhibit using the latest in flight simulator software where visitors can virtually fly any aircraft, anywhere using the same cockpit controls that pilots use.

The Museum will be open from 10:00 am to 5 pm. Admission is $12.50 for ages 12 and up, $11.50 for seniors 65 and up and $7.00 for ages 4 to 11. Children under 3 are admitted free.
