Windsor Locks Is Offering 100% Free Weddings
Couples can tie the knot or renew their vows at Town Hall on Feb. 13 at no cost thanks to local sponsors.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Love is in the air at Town Hall.
The Windsor Locks Town Clerk’s Office is inviting couples to tie the knot — or renew their vows — just ahead of Valentine’s Day during a special event at Town Hall.
The “Pre-Valentine’s Day Get Married at the Windsor Locks Town Hall” event is set for Feb. 13, 2026. According to an email from the Town Clerk’s Office, there will be a Justice of the Peace on site to perform in-person marriage and vow renewal ceremonies.

Organizers say the event is completely free for participating couples, thanks to local sponsors.
Riverbank Federal Credit Union, Mona’s Moments Bakery and Second Poquonock Giant Grinder & Pizza Shop are sponsoring the event, helping cover the cost of the ceremonies.

Couples interested in scheduling an appointment can call the Town Clerk’s Office at 860-627-1441 or email townclerk@wlocks.com, according to an email from Town Clerk Christopher Latournes.
