School Day Schedule Altered in Windsor Locks, East Windsor Tuesday

WINDSOR LOCKS-EAST WINDSOR, CT — An iffy forecast calling for the likelihood of early-morning freezing rain has prompted Windsor Locks and East Windsor Public Schools to open on a 2-hour delay basis Tuesday.

The National Weather Service says snow, sleet and freezing rain is expected to develop between 6 and 9 a.m.
