Showers and Thunderstorms Possible in Windsor Locks', East Windsor's Forecast

Hartford and Tolland counties could see temps approaching 90 degrees on Monday.

On Wednesday, a “Hazardous Weather Outlook” has already been issued for Fairfield County for afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms that could produce heavy rain and flash flooding, the National Weather Service writes.

On Tuesday, there is a chance of showers and thunderstorms for the entire state during the day. For New Haven, Middlesex, Fairfield County, and New London counties showers and thunderstorms could begin after 9 a.m. The chance for stormy weather is about 40 to 50 percent.

In Hartford and Tolland counties, showers and thunderstorms are possible on Tuesday beginning after 7 a.m. and a storm chance could continue until 11 p.m. The chance of storms are 50 percent.

More storms are possible on Wednesday for all of Connecticut beginning on Wednesday afternoon and continuing into the evening. Again the storm chance is around 40 to 50 percent statewide. In those areas that get storms, heavy rain is predicted.

Once we get past Wednesday, Thursday and Friday look very good with sunny skies on both days with temps around 80 degrees.
