Silver Alert Issued For Missing Windsor Locks Teen

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing teen. Christopher Mona, 15, was last seen wearing a blue Under Armor shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers. He has brown eyes, brown hair, is 5'10", and weighs 165 lbs.
