Victoria Laughran, 16, was last seen Monday morning.
A Silver Alert has been issued for Victoria Laughran, 16, of Windsor Locks, according to WTNH.
Laughran was last seen Monday morning in Windsor Locks. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and bright orange sweatshirt.
Laughran is described as Caucasian, standing 5-feet-3-inches tall with brown hair and hazel eyes and weighs about 105 pounds.

WTNH reports she was last seen early Monday morning, but did not make it to school.
