State Tournament Play to Open for Windsor Locks, East Windsor

WINDSOR LOCKS-EAST WINDSOR, CT — Cross country is over, swimming brackets will be announced later this week and football still has three games to go, but four other sports begin their state tournaments over the next three days, with one involving teams from Windsor Locks and East Windsor high schools.

Listed in order of better seeds, here is the upcoming tournament schedule for Raider and Panther teams:

• boys soccer (S): No. 9 Windsor Locks at No. 8 Litchfield, Wed., 11/8, 2 p.m.
• boys soccer (S): No. 19 Housatonic Regional at No. 14 East Windsor, Mon., 11/6, 2 p.m.
