Storm Prompts Change to Friday Classes in the Windsors
A serious winter storm left north-central Connecticut blanketed with about a foot of snow Thursday.
WINDSOR LOCKS-EAST WINDSOR, CT — Thursday's winter storm dumped nearly a foot of snow on north-central Connecticut, prompting Windsor Locks and East Windsor school officials to cancel classes and activities for Friday, Jan. 5.
All Windsor Locks and East Windsor public schools will be closed Friday, and after-school activities have been canceled.
