Thieves Steal Items From Cars In Windsor Locks

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Police have issued a warning following an incident of a suspect entering two vehicles at the same address on Juniper Drive. Both vehicles were unlocked and items were taken from the vehicles, according to police.

"We are again experiencing an increase in thefts from unlocked vehicles," police said in a statement. "We advise locking your vehicles as criminals often take the path of least resistance to avoid detection by citizens or police. In Windsor Locks it has been overwhelmingly unlocked vehicles that have been targeted."
