Windsor Locks Development Lands $12.1M Grant

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A 70-unit housing development planned next to the Windsor Locks CTrail Hartford Line station has won $12.1 million in state funding, officials announced.

The grant, issued through the Connecticut Department of Housing with support from Gov. Ned Lamont’s administration, will help advance a transit-oriented development designed to expand housing options near rail service.
