Are You Listening? The Drums are beating for a Full Fledged Casino in Windsor Locks! Did Anyone Ask You????
To the Towns people of Windsor Locks. The Drums are Beating for the Teletheater to become a full fledge Gambling Casino. Why? So that the State of Connecticut won’t lose Tax Revenue and Jobs to other states that are building Casinos on our borders . Unless we wake up this Casino will appear before your eyes. It will be a done deal in a Flash. The only reason that the ball hasn’t moved forward to allow Slot Machines at the Teletheater is that Legislators are unsure if this move would violate the State’s Agreement with our Indians Sovereign Nation who control gambling in our state. If it weren’t for ,This Concern, it would already be a done deal.
Now ! who would you thank for this ? Perhaps the number one person to thank would be Peggy Sayers- www.housedems.ct.gov/sayers- followed by our First Selectman Steve Wawruck- swarruck@WLOCKS.com who are welcoming and backing this proposal with Open Arms. Gambling, just like Exotic Dancers both have Moral Issues although different. Which one, is the one, that has destroyed families by sending them into Financial Ruin due to an Addiction that can’t be controlled. Which one has deprived children of food to eat, clothing on their back, needed medical attention and a home to live in ?
