We want your opinion about the best use for this Windsor Locks commercial space.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Periodically, Windsor Locks-East Windsor Patch will highlight a vacant commercial property and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Today we are featuring a freestanding building at 62 Lawnacre Road. For a considerable period in the mid- to late 1990s, the site was home to the Northern Connecticut Soccer Center.
