WEATHER UPDATE: Thunderstorms Expected This Weekend
Looks like our run of amazing weather is over.
It’s been an amazing week for weather, but just as the work week comes to an end, so does our good fortune.
Saturday should be a beautiful weather day with lots of sun and temps in the low to mid 80s but things will change after midnight when there’s a chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Showers and thunderstorms are likely on Sunday, mainly between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

The weather service also cautions that there could be scattered strong to severe thunderstorms in Hartford County into the evening.
Temperatures should reach 82 degrees.
