Windsor Locks Pet Owners Have A Deadline Coming
The town is reminding residents to provide rabies records and spay or neuter information.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Dog owners in Windsor Locks will soon be able to register their pets for the new licensing year.
Dog licensing begins June 1, 2026, according to a town notice. Residents may register their dogs in person, by mail or online.
Dog owners are asked to provide a rabies certificate when registering. Spay or neuter information should also be provided, if applicable.

The fee is $8 for an altered dog and $19 for an unaltered dog. A $2 convenience fee applies for online registration and card payments.
