Windsor Locks, East Windsor Come Up Short in Girls Hoop Quarterfinals

WINDSOR LOCKS-EAST WINDSOR, CT — Tickets for the state semifinals were punched in the CIAC Class L and S girls basketball tournaments Tuesday night.

Four games involved teams from Hartford and Tolland counties, with two of them advancing to the Final Four.
