WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — This weekend's open houses in Windsor Locks and East Windsor are all in Windsor Locks, and all priced under $320,000: a Cape with a new driveway and shed, a refreshed ranch on almost half an acre, and a townhouse in The Woodlands with its own garage.

Three Windsor Locks homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, with prices from $279,900 to $315,000, according to Zillow.com. No East Windsor homes have open houses this weekend.
