Windsor Locks, East Windsor's Weekend Weather Forecast Includes Chance of Showers

If only we could get today’s forecast to be what we’d end up with on Saturday… But before we get to the weekend, we’re looking at a picture perfect weather day on Thursday with sunny skies and temps in the high 60s to 70 degrees.

Friday is expected to be even slightly better with sunny skies and temps around 70 degrees.

Saturday, however, is shaping up to be the worst day of the weekend with rain showers expected to begin overnight and possibly continuing throughout the day.

But the sun reappears on Sunday, and a gorgeous weather day is forecast with high temperatures approaching the high-70s.

Here the latest hyperlocal forecast for Windsor Locks and East Windsor from the National Weather Service:

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 76. Calm wind becoming southwest around 6 mph in the afternoon.

Friday Night: A chance of showers, mainly after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54. South wind 6 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Saturday: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 77. Southwest wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Saturday Night: A chance of showers, mainly before 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 59. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Sunday: Partly sunny, with a high near 79.

Sunday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53.
