Windsor Locks Election Results: Harrington Is First Selectman
Republican challenger Paul Harrington ousted incumbent Chris Kervick as first selectman.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — The polls have closed in Windsor Locks, and Republican Paul Harrington has ousted incumbent First Selectman Chris Kervick. Scott Storms was elected selectman.
On his Facebook page Windsor Locks Moving Forward, Kervick wrote:
"I want to let the folks who follow this page know that I was unsuccessful in seeking my fourth term as your First Selectman today, and it wasn't really even close. It was a Republican Party landslide up and down the ballot as it was in so many other Connecticut communities. Congratulations to First Selectman elect Paul Harrington and Selectman Scott Storms. I will make myself available to help you in any way possible as we work to help Windsor Locks achieve its full potential, to celebrate its past and to embrace its future."
Official results were not yet available as of 7 a.m. Wednesday from the office of Secretary of the State Denise Merrill. A problem with a third-party vendor which manages election information for the secretary's website has prevented results from being displayed.
